Cigar Box Shrines—Back by Popular Demand!

We'll take an upcycled cigar box from Oh Scrap! and turn it into a one-of-a-kind artsy shrine to your choice of deity. Obsessed with a celebrity? Create a tiny homage honoring him or her. Got a song constantly stuck in your head? Exorcise that earworm through art. More of the traditionalist? Focus on a more conventional subject like the Virgin Mary or the Dalai Lama. DIY workshops in the Oh, Scrap! room introduce participants, aged 18 and older, to the creation of art from recycled materials. Check out our events calendar to see what is coming up. Unless otherwise noted, fee for all classes is $15 or “pay what you can.” Basic materials for workshops will be provided as part of the class fee. Additional materials can be purchased from Oh, Scrap! during the workshop.
