You Are Here announces the opening of its juried Anniversary Show, which marks the second “birthday” of You Are Here. Juried by Seattle based artist and curator Chris Crites, the show opens on July 11 and features over 20 regional artists working in a variety of media.  Among those included in the exhibition are Courtney Robson, Steve Parsons, Pat Majcher and Natalie Condrac.  Also on view in the main gallery are portraits in oil by Chynna El-Ayazra, and, in

You Are Here’s “Gallery Veronica,” paintings by Shalini Mitra.  The art works will remain on view until August 22.

The public is welcome to drop in at You Are Here during a day long opening reception scheduled for Saturday, July 11 from 11am until 6 pm.   Masks will be required, and gallery capacity of no more that 10 visitors at any one time will be strictly monitored.  You Are Here is currently open during regular hours on Fridays and Saturdays from noon until 6 and Sundays from noon until 3, with masks and visitor capacity rules in effect. We follow all CDC rules regarding sanitizing common surfaces, and hand sanitizer is available.
